Something is REALLY hosed in the CP3.
The TLDM.exe errors are not good!
TLDM.exe = Top Level Device Manager. Functions as the switchboard, Priority High, deals with connections between the different components. Talks over Queues FIFO.
Do an init/restore and load a basic program with just a button press and see if the program loads correctly and runs.
After that this is an ATSG call!
