Thanks everyone. Resolved.
Problem:Ir output was set too high. You may want to make a note of this if you max out your ir sensivity on every job like I do.
Solution: standard output setting from factory works well.
in 10+ years of installing MRF-350's I can count on one hand the number of times I had to adjust the outputs off of default....
