Hey everyone. I bought a Harmony Ultimate (without hub, so 100% IR) and am having a problem. I have DirecTV mini Genie devices (model C41W-500). The remote, when configured, misses commands about 30% of the time. It misses commands regardless of whether they're sent sequentially and quickly, or if they're sent individually with time lapses in between. I've goofed around with timing delays, but the fact that the mini Genie misses the commands without sending a series of commands in a row concerns me.

I went through the process of having the Harmony "learn/read" my DirecTV remote IR signals, and it recognized the DirecTV remote (RC73) properly. This did not help. At this point, I'm ready to return it, but I'd like to see if you guys have ideas first. Thanks so much for your help.
