I have a problem that no one has ever heard of. My programmers have no clue what to do. My RTI remotes are controlling 3 Uverse cable boxes in 3 different rooms. All of them had to be reprogrammed as a result of a U-verse software upgrade to the boxes last summer. My programmers have managed to fix 2 of the remotes. The other remote is possessed. It works perfectly fine in the daytime when the room has daylight but in the dark at night some of the functions simply won't work. If I turn on the night table lamp beside the bed, it works fine but a soon as the room is dark certain functions won't work. The functions that won't work are the same functions that affected the other remotes after the software upgrade. My programmer fixed the other 2 remotes and applied the same fix to this one but the problem still exists. All 3 have exactly the same programming now but the one will simply not function properly in a dark room!
