Fios Router Lan 1 -> Your Router WAN 1
Set your Router to a new address with a different digit in the third octet.
Set your router's DHCP range to use that same digit.
On the Fios Router set the DMZ to the address you set your router to.
Plug everything on the network into your router.
Done.
