Oops. Now that I've actually looked at that spreadsheet, it's far easier than I thought. You could even add a few columns to calculate all the values for you. There is no need to use the pronto hex at all since all the data is in the first column.
Take the first command, Standby, for example. It's D26C 47. Converting each byte to decimal, you get 210 108 71 for device subdevice and OBC respectively. That and the fact the protocol is NEC is all you need to calculate the EFC in Remote Master.
I went through a similar exercise to get 400 or so commands for my Denon a while back.
