Not a fan of Harmony, but a lot of consumers like them. I've had good success with URC, but it's mostly a Pro Product. Still miss selling Prontos.
At my own house I still use Pronto remotes. I even have them programmed to trigger Control4 lighting, fans and climate control settings.
