We have 54 of the GLS-ODT-C-CN in a recent residential project (one in every room/closet/bathroom/hall/etc). They are fantastic occupancy sensors and we've integrated them with both lighting and security. Very easy to install and program against. As others pointed out, they are problematic in bedrooms and with ceiling fans, although with a bit of effort you can mask off the ceiling fan.

The only complaint we get is with harmonic resonance - where the ultra sonic causes something in the unit to vibrate which causes an extremely audible high pitch squeal. Happens to at least one of them a week and it comes and goes on its own.
