You can always load my Echo file above. Works perfectly in my system.
Nevo codes aren't like Harmony codes. If you find one working code, similar ones will work exactly the same in terms of the protocol. The correct media center code (MCE / RC-6) is 1972 (there's a letter on the front, but I forgot what it is, "S" possibly?).
Anyway, since you can use and code with FLIRC, I'd pick a protocol with no toggle bit, like NEC or Sony.
You should really try Remote Master sometime. I find it much quicker and easier to use than EZ-RC.
