Ok, programmed the Nevo C2 with the Windows Media Center profile on EZ-RC. I programmed all of the buttons on the FLIRC but now both of my Kodi locations (and both FLIRCs) only respond to about every 4th button press. I have messed with the Inter-Key Delay in the FLIRC settings but it hasn't made any difference.

Both FLIRCs work fine with my Harmony 700 and the DirecTV remotes that I have converted to HTPC use.

The C2 controls the Dish Hopper, Vizio Soundbar and the Samsung TV just fine so it is limited to issues with the FLIRC/Kodi.

Has anyone experienced and/or overcame something similar?
