Where has this idea that a living wage must come from 1 job? It used to common for people in low wage, low skilled jobs, like waiting tables, stocking shelves, or packing fish, to work multiple jobs.
Or those jobs are starting, bottom of the totem pole jobs.
What's jacked up is that the economy has gotten screwed up to the point where there are so many low wage, and probably not full-time, jobs now.
