Yes it's a no-sense, this chipset/brand(actually I've never seen it as a "brand" with whom the devices are signed, it is just the firmware name and in fact the internet site exist, probably they produce chipset) is very popular among people who bought a cheap decoder and it works really good, great sensibility and amazing quality picture, but a pity for the remote quality and sometimes even the power supply (I've repaired 3 since now).

It should be a way to emulate it, I can't believe no one complained about the "not more working" remote and look for a new one, it should be a business.

It had one combination which worked with only some keys (and completely messy), and I discovered it testing "volume +", so I can't say where it is in the list. Just to have a kind of reference.

What about buy a programmable remote and test everything, is it expensive? Once I found the right IR code, may it be easier to buy cheaper remotes?
