I put fresh batteries in the other day thinking that the blinking light meant they were almost dead and it didn't change anything. Just tried again with more new batteries and the same thing is happening.

No buttons seem to be registering at all. When I push anything (setup, power, tv, cable, numbers, etc) the lights never change and nothing happens on the tv. The only thing that is happening is every second or so the cbl button flashes twice.
