For remotes made by Universal Electronics (UEI), the setup code is Video 2596. You can buy the OARUSB04G from many retailers. Cheaper remotes include the Comcast 1067BC4 (don't get the cosmetically identical 1067BX3, or anything ending in a 3), the Atlas 1056B03 (not the B01), the Inteset INT-422, or OARI06G.
