Hi,
My original remote control for a RX-V550_Yamaha Home Theater Receiver shows a defect, it fails to open the configuration menu. I brought it to the Yamaha service and the technician found that a battery spoil caused to problem. Following his words, nothing but replacement of the remote control can help.
The cost - around $75.
I'm looking for a cheaper solution.
Could you suggest a solution?
Is there a way to communicate with the unit using an android smartphone?
Is it possible to use another type of the remote control?
