There are plenty of client solutions to replace remotes. Folks that adapt the X-1 cable box will probably have to replace their "RF" Pronto unless a solution is found. I've been able to keep the line alive with this X-1 exception. My replacement choice so far has been URC or Elan g! As Nellie has found everything will change.
