Bjorn, your English is great.

I'd say you should provide more details and post this in either the Original Philips Pronto Classic or Philips Pronto NG forum. I think the people who visit here who have the most experience with IR codes visit those sites often.

The details should include what you are trying to control and what control system you want to use. Somebody out there might have exactly what you need, but they cannot provide it to you since you don't tell us what you're actually doing!

Also, where did you get the codes? Why did you do all the Global Cache things if you want to use Crestron? Did you try taking the codes that you got and putting them into the Crestron equipment? It looks like you tried taking the codes, converting to Global Cache, converting back, inserting into DEAL for Windows, and then you find the codes don't work. Is all that necessary? Why?

Just above the codes, explain where they came from, for instance "this is the working code I got from the Yamaha website" or "this is the non-working code that is derived from the original codes going through two or three transformation processes" or whatever you did to get those codes.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
