All the materials were just picked up at the local Home Depot and the hardware is all 5/16".  Lumber is mostly 2x6 with some 1x4 and 1x6 for bracing and a 2x8 down the center to rest the TV on.  I think the casters were rated at 350lb each.


It's stronger that it needs to be to roll around the garage, but I wanted to make sure it was sturdy in case I have to ship or even transport it across town in a truck or trailer.
