I would suggest the client sell it.
If they're not interested in selling it themselves, I'd put it out on Ebay with "local pick up only" requirement.
Client needs to know it'll sell for whatever it sells for, and the buyer needs to know they must remove it within a predetermined amount of time.
I suppose a buyer could hire some specialty moving company, like piano movers, to remove and transport that monster.
