A search on here would have brought up many posts asking the same thing. It is not possible to "learn" RF codes with any remote made. There is no standard for RF control of devices, for example your pool lights may operate at 417mHz while the AC may be at 2.4gHz. Each would require a separate broadcast antenna. Also making things difficult is the fact that most of these manufacturers won't share the "language" that their devices are speaking.

The maximum number of antennas I have ever seen in any remote is three; remote brand's standard RF (433mHz or similar), WiFi (2.4gHz), and Zigbee or Z-Wave (also 2.4gHz). And none of them can "learn" RF codes.

There are numerous other ways that we have been controlling devices like yours for years; IR, RS-232, Zigbee, Z-Wave and now network drivers, also devices that act as a "translator", ie. Zigbee to RS-232, etc..
"You can't fix stupid."
