My kid recently became the proud owner of a 63 Chevy impala. Hi performance small block (350), with dual quads and a chunky cam... when idling it sounds like it is going to die any second, but that is the nature of the beast with a big cam... I can almost see dollar signs spitting out of the exhaust!

Not his daily driver,- a weekend take his pals to the burger stand and then the beach car (with an ear to ear grin)!

It's pretty loud now, but he is hell bent on putting in electronic exhaust cut-outs, to scare old people, children and animals & in his words "So I can pull up to some spoiled - brat fraternity punk at a stop light in his daddy's BMW and open up the exhaust cut-outs while doing a mega - burn out!"

...Should I be worried?!?!
