I used to use my Marantz RC9500 (RU990) with HomeEasy and used HomeEasy Code Generator from here,

This may help you!

Mine worked very well using my RC9500 (RU990) and I could set timers to turn the lights on/of etc when I was away. It was a bit fiddly setting timers but otherwise very stable and would work inside up to about 15 meters, outside it was less stable when controlling my outside lights connected in my garage.

I used one of these RF signal boosters and it seemed to help.
