Vision and Sound is an Audio/Video and Home Automation contracting company operating from a state-of-the-art showroom recently built in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
Due to our prime location and word-of-mouth contracts, the company is growing; and we are looking to add another sharp team member to project manage and replicate the level of professionalism delivered to our high-end clients from start-to-finish. This would be somebody who`s had at least 3-5 years working experience in new residential construction leading projects independently with an excellent track record that encompasses all or most of the following: Designing Engineer Bids, Project Management and Installation and Programming, preferably on Savant Systems.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
•Expert knowledge in programming preferably in Savant; otherwise, Crestron, Control 4 or AMX (Min 2 Years)
•Lutron lighting control experience (Min 2 Years)
•Intimate knowledge of: Home Theatre, Home Automation, A/V Surveillance Distribution, Phone Systems, Intercom Systems and Data Systems
•Advanced knowledge of residential construction including: Low Voltage, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing/Structure and HVAC
•Industry cabling standards including identification and termination for residential construction
•Remote programming experience (Universal, RTI, etc.)
•In-depth knowledge of iOS, Android, Mac and PC
•Knowledge in IPv4 and IPv6
•Expert trouble-shooting skills to efficiently solve technical issues
•Very detail oriented
•Excellent organizational skills
•Personable with a can-do attitude
•Punctual and reliable
•Wide range of tool use -- rough and finish
•Computer savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Ability to create job documentation
•Basic knowledge of networking and wi-fi
•Must be able to interact directly with clients and work independently
•Must be able to manage and direct other part-time installers during execution

The following skills are a plus:
•Ability to custom design engineering bids
•Cad designer
•D-Tools Experience
•Motorized Window Covering Experience
