Provided that the file ConfigEdit is in the root of the zip and you have a Bitmaps folder in the zip, you did not add proper zip comments. Selecte View-> Comments from Winzip and you will likely see nothing.
Easy remedy. Simply copy/paste comments from another PCF-zip you have and you should be good.
