Your Panasonic TV has discretes should be code 524.
Your Panasonic BR player will come on with the play command, so you can make a work around.
The Sony has a lot of different code sets and a lot of discretes for various functions.
1060-1066 and 1110-1112. I think 1060 will give you power and inputs. If it doesn't I think most Sonys' come on with an input command and you could easily make a work around with the factory remote. It has been a while since I used a Sony
Not sure about the Roku.
For custom button layouts it is usually easier to learn those buttons and keep your discrete codes on another device and not the activity.
