You do not set RF ID's for individual lighting devices. They use a unique address that you "program" in the dimmer by holing down the main button on the dimmer for I believe 8 seconds while pressing ON within the lighting device on the remote. If you do this separately for each dimmer, you should be good to go. You have to make sure each lighting device on the remote is set to its unique lighting address (not to be mistaken with RF ID).

You should set up a phantom base station on the remote set to RF ID "0" and assign the lighting devices to this phantom base station. Hope this helps.
