I got an RC2000 supplied with a used hifi component I bought, that was programmed to select AMP then press CD which would control the volume settings of the component.
The batteries went flat, and after I had pressed some random buttons, I installed new batteries.
But I now find that when I press mode button to USE, and then AMP (as I previously used to do), it now only comes up with a SURR MODE mode for the AMP, and this no longer lets me control my volume/component.
Its strange, but its like I have "lost" the older/other AMP setting?
Any gurus out there know of any trick or reset that I can do to get it back working like it used to?
If not, I am in trouble, as I dont have the original components remote contro, to reprogram the RC2000.....HELP!!!!!!
