Have you contacted URC customer service to ask about a replacement for the broken MX-850 at a discounted price? Last year a drink spilled on my MX-700 and URC replaced it with an MX-850 at a big discount off of the street price. I had to ship the broken MX-700 to URC before they sent the MX-850. The reason I got the upgrade is because the MX-700 is no longer available.
