Tstech, welcome to RC, and thanks for being upfront about who you work for. That being said, your post, just like the one here from pdwolfe, doesn't fit the needs of the OP. His old remote has hard buttons that are worn out, and he wants something similar, your remote has NO hard buttons, just a touchscreen, and it's larger than the Pronto he had.

As far as calling pdwolfe out, he came on, made 3 quick posts promoting your product, then disapeared. And none of the post really answered what the OP's wanted help with. Thats typical salesman approach to forums.
