Joseph, There are several manufactures of devices that will eliminate macrovision from the video signal. I use a SIMA CopyMaster I bought at a Best Buy. Most of these devices don't announce that they defeat macrovision, they just promise that they can help you make good copies of your own tapes (or DVDs)for archival purposes. Look in the adds in any VideoMaker or similar magazine. SIMA has a web site.
