Inside look at some high-performance audio solutions at CES 2012.

At CES 2011, the Venetian was full of high-performance audio manufacturers that took over several floors suites with awesome demonstrations.

So I knew it was a must-see venue this year.

With my trusty press badge, I headed to the Venetian to bask in all that is high-end audio. Here are some of my high points.



Wadax
Wadax takes the “too cool for school” award for playing back music on reel-to-reel tape! Cool factor aside, Wadax is an interesting story in that it has custom written its own algorithm and developed a chip specifically designed to compensate for the variances that occur when playing back vinyl.
