I DID IT!!!!!
You need virtual xp, activesync 4.2 (not 4.6) and when you plug in the USB go up to usb and click on device. Took me 3 hrs of downloading, testing, etc but after everything I DID IT!!!! it isn't perfect, but darn close, you have to select the usb after every download to the remote, activesync loses communication to the remote somehow....
