I would like to find, for an elderly person, a remote control that could learn ON and OFF (toggle), and VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN from the existing remote control. Only 4 buttons max, preferably 3 since ON/OFF is a toggle. Preferably large buttons, but whatever I can find.

EDITED TO ADD: I am appreciative of any and all responses. I was not clear. I am looking for 3-4 buttons. Four max. I am looking for a teachable remote; not a code accessing remote but a teachable remote where you butt one up against the other and the new remote learns from the old.
