I wanted to add that I have helped many on this sit. Many DIYer's, many of which purchased from an authorized dealer who didn't support them, and I felt bad and wanted to offer my help. Some people bought without knowing the policies, and again I felt bad and wanted to help them get their product working. I have even programmed remotes and sent the files to a couple users. Had you purchased the remote legitimately and/or obtained the software through the proper channels and just needed some help, I would have been happy to help. When you danced around the issue of where you got the software, that spelled out exactly how you got it.
