This topic has been discussed quite a bit and will show up with any forum or even google search...
The MX-950 is NOT compatible with Windows 7 and will more than likely never be. This remote is discontinued and not supported in Windows 7 because of it's need to utilize Active Sync - which does not exist in W7. It is also not compatible with the replacement Windows Mobile Device Manager.
Your best bet is to find an XP netbook or similar computer to do your synching with the 950.
