Here's the document from Ad Notam that describes the protocol.  It is very similar to RC5, but without a toggle bit, and has two start bits instead of one.
It doesn't list a modulation frequency, but 35.7KHz fits the bit time of 1790 uSec.

The above codes show 38KHz, but the learned signals in this thread show 35.4KHz.  I wonder if the above signals simply assume 38KHz?

Anyway, using 35.7KHz, here is the IRP and irp file:

Edited the irp file because the generated codes were wrong.  The Pronto Hex generated by Mapino in Post 3 are consequently wrong, and those by astro-egg in Post 4 are of the correct form (even though not all of them work).
