[Link: rabbitears.info] which BTW is also listing CKVR as a digital TVGOS. At the end of the list on that webpage you will see several other CTV stations accross canada that already are an active digital TVGOS host.
I highlighted the whooping over 16 Mbps video bitrate that signal had when parsed and also the full bitrate at 19.42 Mbps. Also the section for the TVGOS service. The null packets at the end are needed to always fill the gap between (how do you spell this man!, lol) the maximum bitrate 19.42 and the actual one depending on the video scene (less motion less info to broadcast). Hardcore digital broadcast fans will rejoice with this TSReader info I guess. All you need is a PC based ATSC tuner and the software TSReader.
