What's a "harming"?

If you meant a Harmon/Kardon TC-1000, then no, the pins are reversed.

If you meant a "Harmony", then those are all USB and not serial.

If you meant a "Garmin" GPS (since I see some serial cables that look similar to what would be needed), then I don't know. It depends on the pinout - there are two possibilities. The Harman/Kardon TC-1000 and all serial-based URC remotes use one version, and the Pronto used another. The original Pronto came with a 3-conductor cable (plus ground) but it only actually needs 2.

If you meant something else... please clarify.
