I'm about to get a Tivo and am looking to use my RS 15-1994 with it. However, there is no device code for a Tivo in my manual (it's pre-Tivo).
1) Is there any way to add a device code or is this only done at the factory?
2) Can I transfer the keys/codes over to my 15-1994 from my Tivo remote using the learning function without having a device code? If so, what device button and code do I use?
(Note: I'm not looking to use the JP1 custom programming system).
