The blog quoted above does not give any directions unless one subscribes to it. In essence make sure you download the correct version of Windows mobile device center, eiither 32 or 64 bits. Then update the driver using device manager. Make sure you always select searching in your computer and you uncheck compatible devices when you get to that screen. If everything else fails call URC they walked me through the process.
