I am using a Scientific Atlantic (Time Warner) remote to turn on Cable/TV/Receiver.
I had a Yamaha HTR-5460 that worked well with the remote. However, after setting up the new receiver RX-A700 I have problem with the remote powering on the receiver. I tried all the codes however, when it tries to turn it on it turns it on then off. When turning it off there is no issue. The remote is model # UR5U-8700L-TWL.
