Folks,

I'm a user--not a dealer. One zone in my MZC-66 does not work when I try to activate it remotely (from the zone). It DOES work when I activate all zones. My installer checked out the keypad and found it to be fine. Recommended replacing the MZC--66 with a Control4 system. Before I do that I wanted to ask whether there are other avenues I should explore first -- reprogram software, upgrade firmware, etc.? Before I call my installer back I'd like to know what to ask....any help greatly appreciated. Thx.
