turn on the player with no disk in, then hold
left skip + pause + power for about 5 seconds.
this will reset the player. press the buttons on the front
panel, not the remote, if you have a region mod fitted
you need to be sure you can turn it on again. on mine
i press 9 with the power off. hope this helps
