Sorry for another typical post...I am looking for a good universal remote and would like to be able to control these items.

VIZIO 3D TV
Pace DVR (TDC787X, typical Suddenlink Cablebox/DVR)
Panasonic DVD and Surround Sound (SA-PT660)
Xbox360
PS3

I just purchased the VIZIO TV and really like its remote, but I haven't been able to program it to control the cable box or the surround sound so that is frustrating.

My Cable company will be changing DVRs in the near future to TiVo Premiere, so I will need the remote to be able to control that as well when I swap out my DVR.

I don't mind programming the remote myself, but, I don't have the Panasonic remote anymore so will need it to be available as a download or in the remote control already.

Pricewise, I would like to stay <$50, but, if the remote is amazing, I could be convinced to get a higher end remote as much as $200.

I read on another post that controlling a PS3 is available only with Bluetooth, so that is not a make or break piece of the puzzle, it would be nice if it was an option though.
