Hi Dave,
Not sure, I just called the distributer (Amber Technology) and they helped.
I would have thought that Nevo would either sell the parts to you or be able to supply parts to end users through a service agent.
Who is you Nevo contact?
Maybe its different in Aus due to the distance involved?
