The best way is with a Multi-region chip. My friend has a 709 with a Multimod chip supplied and fitted by TechTronics (www.techtronics.com) and he is very happy with the chip and the service he recieved. This chip will also disable Macrovision which will then allow you to 'back-up' your DVD's onto VHS.
