No, not "end user" customers. They provide no access at all for THOSE customers....the people who actually buy & use their products. (Makes me wonder if this didn't contribute to the Nevo unit's demise. If they simply sold spare parts for some of these simpler repairs...perhaps through an online parts & accessories store....maybe they wouldn't have had to replace so many otherwise good remotes through their archaic, cumbersome user-to-installer-to-Nevo-to-installer-to-user warranty process.)
