The protocol for the Marantz is directly on the US site. Maranz SR7005 RS232 Specification (Zip)

Denon seems to have changed their info policy with the new 11 series. I found a link on an Australian Denon dealer. Denon AVR3311 RS232 specification

If you have your implementation ready, I could purchase one on my own risk, if the price is not too high. I could also help to test your module on my equipment. Let me know if that's an option for you.
