Okay, so. I downloaded something called DOCKLIGHT. and using my usb-db9 cable, I have full control and am getting the proper feedback.

I also discovered that everytime I changed the com port to #2, it forced it back to 1.

So, I have to remove the AVR, then add a nother serial device, then add back in the AVR to test comm 2, perhaps its the port on the PMC2. I also have another PMC2 that I can plug in and test.

I will go through my wiring again as well to try and figure out. I'm just glad that I forced control of the Denon and it appears to be working correctly.
