So you are looking at URC RF Receivers and PRONTO-TSU9600/RTI/HARMONY remotes. Don't think that's gonna work since the URC RF receivers only work with their own remotes. And since you think they look like something polished (????), you're ship-out-of-luck with URC, I guess (even though they meet all your requirements).
I think you should just go Harmony, and good luck with that!
